Selling Philosophy
My philosophy of selling is simple; give my best personal service to my clients to reach their goals. I choose not to have an assistant in my Real Estate business. I choose to work directly with my clients instead of delegating my work to someone else, who won't take the time and the care to assist my client as I would. I give my buyers the best service in finding a home; listening to their criteria, completing a comprehensive search matching their desired features with the available homes, and providing them with advantages and disadvantages of the homes, and then let them make their own decision without unnecessary pressures. I have patience with my sellers, understanding the frustrations and anxiety they are going through. I provide them with a complete market analysis of their home, help them "stage" their home for the best possible showings, and market the home with the experience I have received from being in the Real Estate business since 1979.PERSONAL INFORMATION: *Realtor since January 1979 *Resident of Arizona (Tucson) since 1970.
